#64| Why I Didn't Use Therapy to Overcome Chronic Anxiety and What I Did Instead
In today’s episode, I’m opening up about my personal journey of overcoming chronic anxiety—without therapy. I’ll share why I initially considered therapy, why it didn’t work for me, and what I did instead. This isn’t about discouraging anyone from seeking therapy, but rather about showing another path that led me to normalcy I could only ever dream about. - Taking Action – I changed my habits, including my diet, exercise, and daily routines, to align with my faith and build a new way of living.
With God’s help, I went from being consumed by anxiety to waking up every day in control of my thoughts and feelings. It didn’t happen overnight, but in less than 90 days, my life completely transformed. I pray that this episode really opens your heart and mind to all the possibilities of a partnership with the one, true, living God. Through His power, I was able to conquer my fears and step into a renewed version of myself that I love! You can too, and it all starts with FAITH.
